Here on this Piled foundation, Our house Piling Contractors are using 220mm Steel case driven piles which are hammered into the ground using our piling rig with a 500kg weight. The pile is hammered down until refusal with this piling method. We installed 27 piles on this job for a 2 story house with a separate garage. Once the Piles were Concreted using a concrete boom pump we let the concrete cure and then we carried out a Pile Integrity test. We used Rc 35 concrete within the Piles. The Developer used his own Groundworks to install the reinforced ground beam in this instance.
